Donate food to the poor and Needy

Project Mission: To bridge the gap between food surplus and hunger by establishing a network for efficient food donation and distribution.

Project Activities:

• Food Gleaners: Recruit and train volunteers to glean leftover produce from farms and community gardens after harvest.
• Food Bank Partnerships: Partner with local food banks to collect donated food from restaurants, grocery stores, and individuals.
• Mobile Food Pantries: Organize mobile food pantries in underserved communities to distribute donated food directly to those experiencing food insecurity.
• Delivery Network: Develop a network of volunteers and partner organizations to deliver food donations to soup kitchens, shelters, and elderly care facilities.
• Food Rescue App: Create a mobile application connecting potential food donors (restaurants, grocery stores) with volunteers or partner organizations for efficient pick-up and delivery.
